What time are check-in and check-out?
Check-in is available from 3:00 pm, while check-out is by 10:30 am. If you arrive earlier, we can store your luggage.
Is early check-in or late check-out possible?
It depends on availability. Contact us in advance and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
Is the property a hotel?
No, Tenuta dei Franceschi is a private property. We offer an exclusive, self-catering experience, not a traditional hotel service.
Is breakfast included?
No, breakfast is not included, but you’ll find an initial supply of basic provisions to start your stay off well.
Is parking available?
Yes, free parking is available within the property.
Is the pool private?
Yes, the pool is for the exclusive use of the estate’s guests.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are allowed on request (a supplement may apply).
Can events or parties be organised?

How does the tourist tax work?
The tourist tax is not included in the price and must be paid on site in accordance with municipal regulations.
Are there any rules to follow during the stay?
We ask guests to respect the property, behave considerately and observe quiet hours.
How often is cleaning carried out?
Cleaning is scheduled before arrival. Extra cleaning during your stay is available on request.
